CCH CEO
Paul Gibbons
Paul has over 25 years experience in supply chain & logistics and apart from being CEO of CCH, Paul is also a board member at the Global Cold Chain Alliance.
Prior to CCH, Paul held a Director position at Vector Logistics looking after Customer & Business Development.
Paul holds an MBA from the University of Wales, UK

Francios Roux
Francois has over 19 years experience in supply chain & logistics. Prior to joining the executive team at CCH, Francois was part of the executive team at Vector Logistics, looking after Business Development.
Francois holds a BCom Honours degree in Logistics Management from the University of Stellenbosch

Adam has over 18 years experience in supply chain and logistics. Adam previously held the Managing Director position CCS Logistics.

Jurie has over 16 years experience in supply chain & logistics. Prior to joining the executive team at CCH, Jurie was part of the executive team at Vector Logistics, looking after Operations.

Brendan Clarke
Brendan has over 25 years experience across various industries including automotive, supply chain and retail. Prior to joining the executive team at CCH, Brendan was part of the executive team at TiAuto, looking after group IT.
Brendan holds a Bcom Business Management degree and an NDIP in Electrical Engineering.

Melanie has over 10 years experience in supply chain & logistics. Prior to joining the CCH executive team, Melanie was part of the CCS Logistics executive team heading up Human Resources.

Michael Osekereh
Michael pursued a Business Administration degree at Ashesi University, Ghana. Prior to founding Bauta Group, he served as the deputy managing director at NewCo Catering and Logistics Limited.
He started his first business straight out of university in the media industry as local affiliate of 20th Century Fox Studios and Warner Brothers Studios in Ghana. He sold that business to a local multimedia group three years later, after which he moved on to other ventures in the automotive sector before finally settling in the food logistics space in 2014 with the buyout of NewCo.
Vuyo Ntoi
Vuyo was appointed Co-Managing Director in August 2020. Vuyo has more than two decades of investment experience and has been involved in private infrastructure investing in Africa since 2003.
Vuyo is a member of the Investment Committees of all AIIM’s managed funds.
Damilola Agbaje
Damilola joined AIIM in 2013 and supports the Pan-African investment team with origination and execution of transactions, primarily in West Africa. Damilola also provides regional support across all aspects of the business. Prior to joining AIIM, Damilola worked in Jefferies LLC’s Mergers and Acquisitions group in New York City. Before joining Jefferies, Damilola worked in Renaissance Capital and Goldman Sachs’ investment banking divisions.
Anyababa Ikem
Anyababa joined AIIM in 2019. He drives the execution of transactions and management of AIIM’s assets primarily in Anglophone West Africa. He has been instrumental in the expansion of AIIM’s operational footprint in the commercial & industrial (C&I) energy services sector across the continent.
Anyababa has performed a key role in AIIM’s entry into the cold storage logistics value chain with three anchor acquisitions in South Africa.
Curt Mastbergen
Over 20 years of experience in cold storage sector across three US companies in the industry, Previous roles included CEO, President and VP Operations. Experienced in warehousing, distribution, production and manufacturing

Frederique Heering
Over 30 years experience as leader in quality, food safety, risk and crisis management in the international (infant) food industry. Worked for different companies like Danone, FrieslandCampina and own consultancy firm.
